DAC Docencia, Ecodriver, AT Academia del Transportista, and Fórmate Editorial, in collaboration with Help Flash, are launching the second edition of the Road Safety Campaign: Summer Road Test 20-24.
This initiative aims to promote safety in cities and on roads during the summer, inviting all drivers to participate and test their knowledge of regulations and good driving practices.
During 2023, including only the months of July, August, and September, 336 people lost their lives senselessly on Spanish roads, nearly 2,000 were seriously injured, and more than 23,000 were injured. Many of these deaths could have been avoided in simple ways: by wearing a seatbelt, forgetting your cell phone while driving, avoiding alcohol or drugs, reducing speed, or simply following the rules. This campaign aims to give drivers a moment to reflect on their driving behavior while testing their knowledge.
What is the TestVial 20-24 Summer Road Safety Campaign?
The campaign consists of two parts. The first part will involve the Summer Road Test, which consists of a test that includes a range of questions on road safety, including the latest updates in traffic regulations and safe driving techniques. After completing the test, drivers will be able to find out their score. These are the topics covered in the test:
- Driving in flip-flops in summer : Is it allowed and what are the possible penalties?
- Environmental labels on vehicles : Related obligations and penalties.
- Seat belt use : Proportion of deaths due to not wearing it.
- Chronic diseases and driving : Measures to reduce accident risks.
- Safety distance on motorways during summer : Recommendations in seconds of travel.
- Fading : What it is and its effects on safe driving.
- Alcohol, drugs and psychotropic drugs : Impact on road mortality.
- Mobile phone use : Penalties for chatting while driving.
- Vehicle safety features : Identifying the most effective ones.
- Roadside breakdown warnings : Which method is the safest and most effective?
Once the drawing has been held and the prizes awarded to the winners, the second part of the campaign will begin. This will consist of disseminating the test results, along with a detailed explanation that will serve to reinforce the concepts of Safe and Sustainable Mobility addressed in the initiative. The questions will be explained in video learning format and disseminated through social media.

By answering the 10 questions of the 2024 Summer Road Test, the participants with the highest scores will be entered into a drawing with the following prizes:
- 20 Help Flash IoT signs , with new 2026 approval and connected to the DGT.
- 24 online courses on Driving Professional Electric and Hybrid Transport Vehicles , accredited by ANCYPEL/AENOR and certified by the organizing entities.
