Committed to saving lives
Beyond our roads, discover responsible actions
with which Help Flash is helping to improve our environment

With the most vulnerable
In recent times, electricity has become more necessary than ever. The rise in the price of a megawatt has triggered inflation in our country, plunging thousands of vulnerable families into the dreaded "energy poverty."
At Help Flash, we want to shine a light beyond the roads, and we do so by providing our ray of light to the most disadvantaged families through the #iluminaunhogar project.
In its 3 editions, this campaign has helped us raise funds to help cover the energy needs of families without resources through an agreement with Caritas,

With road education
For several years, Help Flash has been committed to road safety education for the little ones and promotes the “Get Driving” initiative with the help of our co-founder, Jorge Torre.
Through fun activities such as go-kart circuits, drawing competitions with gifts, vehicle exhibitions, first aid workshops or talks for families, children can learn how to be good pedestrians now and perfect drivers in the years to come. This is how we intend to continue fulfilling our objective of saving lives in the future as well.
In this way, we are moving little by little towards safer mobility and 0 deaths on the road.

With victims of traffic accidents
Since our beginnings we have been collaborating with different associations and adhering to different initiatives related to victims of traffic accidents such as ANDADE , Associacao Salvador (Portugal), AVATA or the World Day of Remembrance for Victims of Traffic Accidents.

With blood donation
Spain currently occupies 6th place among the countries in the world with the highest rate of altruistic blood donation. This is, however, a figure that requires constant work by hospitals and associations so that inventory levels remain high.
According to figures from the Ministry of Health, more than 5,000 blood transfusions are performed every day in the country, saving at least 80 lives. Among the people who manage to recover are, of course, trafficking victims.
With the aim of saving lives also off the roads, at Help Flash we support the blood donation marathon held annually by the Ramón y Cajal Hospital in Madrid. And a person who has suffered a serious traffic accident may need between 20 and 30 blood donations.
It is estimated that of the 1,720,402 blood donations that were made during 2021, between 50,000 and 60,000 were destined for victims of road accidents; which demonstrates the importance of transfusions for those injured on the road.

with culture
We sponsor the movie “A Cold Morning.” With 10 Goya nominations, this film by Raquel Troyano tells how, in 1986, a car accident in Reinosa changes Rosi's life forever. Not accepting her brother's death will lead this Madrid native to search for him in the north of Spain for years.
33 years later she returns to the scene of the accident accompanied by her daughter, this time she is not looking for him, but rather a reunion between past and present. A generation that leaves and another that arrives, to treat the third cause of death worldwide: Road accidents.

With sport
In recent years, Help Flash has been present in the Dakar rally, considered the toughest motor competition in the world, led by drivers of the stature of Albert Llovera and Joan Lascorz, current brand ambassador.
Lascorz, the first quadriplegic driver to compete in a Dakar, will accompany us over the next few months in sports actions and talks with the aim of disseminating and promoting improvements in driving for people with reduced mobility.
In addition, Help Flash has sponsored other sporting events such as the UAR Gladiator Race or has participated in solidarity sports events in favor of road safety such as Ponle Freno.

With road safety in developing countries
Every 24 seconds, one person dies in the world due to traffic accidents, an epidemic that especially affects the lives of low- and middle-income countries.
Gaining seconds every year, reducing the number of deaths and injuries due to traffic accidents, is the objective under which the 24SEC project of the United Nations Road Safety Fund was born.
At Help Flash we have been able to be part of the launch of this initiative and we are proud to be able to support raising awareness and raising funds for this important work. The resources obtained will be used directly to address critical deficiencies in the national road safety systems of these countries through the implementation of projects by UNRSF.
Through these initiatives, the association seeks:
• Establish and enforce traffic rules, including helmet use.
• Improve vehicle safety standards.
• Standardize road design to protect pedestrians and cyclists.
• Improve emergency care after an accident.
• Strengthen road safety management systems

With the reduction in road accidents
The V-16 Help Flash IoT and Ponle Freno lights have come together for safety in emergency situations on the road.
For more than 15 years, the Ponle Freno initiative of the Atresmedia group has been working to reduce the victim count to 0 through the dissemination of awareness campaigns and the organization of a popular circuit that has already managed to raise nearly 3 million for Help victims of traffic accidents.
In recent months, this initiative has focused on the importance of connected V16 lights as substitutes for triangles, showing its support for Help Flash for the key role it plays in reducing accidents after suffering an incident on the road.
