On days of low light or sun, Help Flash loses its effectiveness and visibility.

Myth - Help Flash was designed and tested to be visible, in all light conditions, up to 1 km away and in 360º. Despite being very compact, its LED light is very powerful. To comply with the V16 signal rules, or Help Flash, you must respect the following requirements: a completely horizontal plane (without inclination), you must have an intensity between 40 and 80 candles and 8 graus must cover a minimum of 25 candles.

The Help Flash does not resist large variations in temperature and water.

Myth - The device is extremely resistant and works without problems at temperatures from -10º to +50º, although it does not fully comply with the standards regarding resistance to water (standard IP54) and impacts (standard IK04).

The device has little autonomy because it is powered by a 9V battery.

Myth - Help Flash is powered by a common device, and very easy to find on any commercial surface, with a 9V battery. This solution ensures an autonomy in use of 2.5 hours and has an average life expectancy of around 36 months. The device has a charging capacity indication function.

The use of Help Flash is not permitted in Portugal.

Myth - Portuguese legislation, similar to Spanish, does not prevent the placement of a yellow luminous device outside the immobilized vehicle and, therefore, Help Flash is a possible, comfortable and safe solution. In Portugal, as in other countries, special professional type lights have limited use and are only authorized for certain vehicles. The Help Flash is a new device not covered by traffic regulations (except in Spain) and therefore cannot be considered a special type of professional light.

Help Flash was developed and manufactured in Europe.

Be careful when purchasing and always verify the authenticity of the device. Only Help Flash v2 will be able to ensure that, if necessary, it will fulfill its alert role effectively and safely.

In Portugal, Help Flash can legally replace the triangle.

Myth – In the event of an accident, Portuguese legislation continues to provide for the mandatory placement of the pre-signalization triangle. Likewise, in Portugal, Help Flash complements the use of the triangle, allowing you to signal the presence of the vehicle before leaving for or placing it.
