Simply link Help Flash IoT with the Incidence App on your mobile phone. This app is compatible with iOS (download here) and Android (download here ).

I already have the Incidence App, how do I connect it to Help Flash IoT?

It's very simple:
  • Download the app and register

During registration, the app itself will ask you to pair your Help Flash IoT with the Incidence APP. You can also manually sync your v16 beacon by accessing the menu and selecting "devices." You'll then be given the option to "add a new device."
  • Choose the device you want to pair

The next step is to select your device model from the app menu. In this case, it's the beacon connected to the DGT, the Help Flash IoT. You'll be able to identify it because it's red.
  • Sync your beacon using QR or IMEI

Option 1. Scan the QR code on the bottom of your Help Flash IoT* box with your phone's camera, next to the IMEI. *If you purchased your device through Vodafone, you'll see a barcode instead of a QR code. Continue to the second option.

Option 2. If you don't have the box on hand, you can also scan the small QR code that appears on the bottom of the device itself.

* Note! This isn't the large QR code printed on the lid, but the smaller one at the top.

Option 3. If your phone doesn't allow you to scan the QR code, the app also allows you to manually enter the IMEI numbers.

Why should I connect Incidence APP with Help Flash?

In addition to accompanying you on each of your trips and being prepared to report an accident or breakdown the moment you activate your emergency light, by linking your Help Flash IoT you can:
  • Check that your v16 beacon is working correctly and connecting to the DGT 3.0 cloud.
  • Check the battery status of your emergency device and when its connection expires
  • Helping all drivers of the vehicle travel more safely as well, since they can all be linked to the same beacon.
  • And all this at no cost, it is a completely free service for Help Flash IoT users.

Don't have a Help Flash IoT connected emergency light yet?

If you have an accident or breakdown, this v16 warning sign, a legal substitute for triangles, will allow you to signal your vehicle with its powerful light without leaving the vehicle. But now, Help Flash IoT is also connected to the DGT 3.0 traffic cloud. Thanks to this connection, the emergency beacon will not only make you physically visible, but will also warn other drivers on the road that an incident has occurred so they can exercise extreme caution when passing through your area. Don't wait any longer, say goodbye to triangles and join the revolution in safer emergency signaling.
